Are you a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant ready to take your skills to the next level? We’re hiring a full-time RDA to join our modern, patient-first dental practice where your role truly matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, expand your clinical knowledge, and make a daily impact on patient care.
What You'll Be Doing- Assisting the dentist chairside with procedures and patient care
- Sterilizing and preparing instruments, trays, and treatment rooms
- Taking x-rays and maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring patients feel at ease before, during, and after appointments
- Supporting front desk operations and team communication as needed
- Contributing to a positive, organized, and efficient office environment
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas (required)
- Radiology certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude and professional appearance
- Punctual, organized, and proactive
- Friendly and experienced team that treats you like family
