Experienced Cook

Job Title: Experienced Cook – Lunch Prep

Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be required during holidays or for catering orders.

Job Description: Dependable and experienced cook to prepare fresh, made-from-scratch lunch items for our grab-and-go case, including soups, sandwiches, salads, quiches, and other prepared foods. 

Responsibilities:

• Handling and cooking raw ingredients to prepare and assemble our made-from-scratch menu items

• Assist with developing new menu items

• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized kitchen

Requirements:

• At least of 3 years of restaurant cooking experience

• Strong knife skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Follow recipes for quality, accuracy, and consistency

• Manage cooking kitchen independently

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all employees

• Possess strong communication skills

• Scratch bread baking experience is a plus.
