Commercial Roofing Operations Manager

Commercial Roofing Operations Manager

A long-standing reputable company is looking for a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager. This position will immediately be a member of the senior management team. They will ensure all Project Managers and Superintendent have everything that they need to be productive.

Commercial Roofing Operations Manager Duties

Review estimates and coordinate progress meeting with each project
Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
Ensure and track profitability within organization

Commercial Roofing Operations Manager Experience Required

2+ years’ experience at Project Manager/Estimator/Ops Manager, or similar position
Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
Must be comfortable with leading a team
Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player

Commercial Roofing Operations Manager Compensation

Full health benefits, 401K
Above market base salary paired with aggressive bonus structure
