Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Check patients out and schedule future appointments Answer phones and assist patients with questions Verify insurance and update patient information Collect payments and discuss balances as needed Support the schedule and help keep the day running smoothly Communicate clearly with clinical team members Help create a positive patient experience from start to finish Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications Front desk, dental, medical, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and phone skills Positive attitude and team mindset Strong organization and multitasking skills Dependable, professional, and willing to learn Possess passion for patient care and helping others Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive pay based on experience Location: Blacksburg, VA Dental experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.
