• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Manage front-desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
• Maintain calendars, office records, files, and databases.
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and basic administrative needs.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office-related paperwork.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, or other administrative documents.
• Protect confidential information and follow company policies and procedures.
• Resolve routine questions and direct more complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Support managers and staff with general administrative tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient office environment

• Prior experience operating equipment.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow orders, especially under pressure.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• A sound understanding of health and safety codes.
• A positive outlook and a willingness to learn.
• Relevant license and safety certification.
