Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to support facilities engineering operations in a healthcare environment. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient facility performance. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues Complete work orders and update tasks in CMMS (mobile device) Perform preventive maintenance (PMs), inspections, and rounds Respond to facility issues and emergency repairs Review vendor work and support project activities Maintain logs, documentation, and compliance standards Ensure safe, clean mechanical and work areas Qualifications Required: 5+ years of maintenance technician experience (institutional preferred) Experience with HVAC systems and building equipment Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work Preferred: HVAC certification or license Experience with CMMS systems Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems Salary: $33 - $36 hourly Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) / Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO + Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts EAP, FSAs, and more Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $33 - $36 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
