RN Supervisor – Night Shift

Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility
Full-Time | Night Shift
Salary: Up to $120,000 per year

Lead Our Night Shift Nursing Team

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee our night shift nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is a strong leader, organized, and committed to providing exceptional clinical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the night shift.

• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely intervention when changes occur.

• Provide clinical guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

• Ensure medications, treatments, and physician orders are carried out appropriately.

• Review and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Respond to emergencies and significant changes in resident condition.

• Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and safety.

• Address staffing issues, call-outs, and clinical concerns during the shift.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and federal requirements.

• Communicate important clinical and operational information to the incoming leadership team.

• Assist with incident investigations, quality initiatives, and survey readiness.

• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in the applicable state.

• Previous RN Supervisor or nursing leadership experience preferred.

• Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards of resident care.
