Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process a high volume of customer orders within internal databases and order management systems.

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and responsive support.

• Review order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Assist customers with order-related issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and completed accurately.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements.

• Support process improvements and navigate changes associated with new systems and workflows.

QualificationsRequired

• 1+ year of data entry, order processing, customer service, or administrative support experience.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Preferred

• Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or a related industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

• Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or order management software.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Onsite location: San Diego, CA.

• Shift start times range from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

• Shift end times range from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
