RN SupervisorThe RN supervisor is responsible for the safety and comfort of residents and the health and safety of employees while providing supervision for the facility.Responsibilities:Administers nursing care to residents as needed/assignedPlans resident care utilizing the nursing process and individualizing the needs of each residentInitiates a teaching plan based on resident/family learning needsPerforms required procedures with knowledge and skillAttends supervisory meetings as scheduledRequirements:Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse by NY StateLong Term Care experience preferredPosted Salary RangeUSD $52.00 - USD $57.00 /Hr.The pay for this position ranges from $52.00 - $57.00 per hour/per year.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
