Assistant Manager

Job Description

Schuele Ace Hardware is looking for an Assistant Manager specializing in customer service. Duties will focus on store operations that deliver on Ace's Helpful Promise, including but not limited to:

Provide and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor, phone, and online.
Promote and manage customer focused loyalty program in store.
Oversee and assist with daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise areas.
This position is designed to prepare people for advancement within our organization.
