Nanny needed for adult with developmental disorder. Job involves providing care and support. Experience with individuals with developmental disorders preferred. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to adapt to individual's needs. Pay negotiable, based on experience. Ideal candidate will have patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
