Document and report observations to preceptor or other appropriate staff. + Assist preceptor with development of care plan by reporting test results and patient observations. + Perform other tasks as assigned, including environmental services and preparing/transporting patients for diagnostic services. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: + High school diploma/GED required. + Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required. **What additional preferences we're seeking** Expected to work at least one shift per week.
