DJ’s Landscape Management is hiring Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders to support our commercial lawn maintenance teams in the Ann Arbor area. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll lead a lawn maintenance crew, operate equipment, and take ownership of maintaining commercial properties while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job. Competitive base pay: $22 - $25+ per hour, based on experience Snow pay Compensation Incentives 401(k) plan, with company match Short Term and Long Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral bonus Performance reviews Annual boot and rain gear reimbursement Company events Awards and recognition from peers and leaders Ongoing training and development Responsibilities - What you will do Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew on commercial properties Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance Operate and transport equipment to job sites Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Train, direct, and support crew members in daily tasks Maintain equipment and ensure proper care and usage Communicate with supervisors and support team success in the field Requirements - What We’re Looking For 1+ year of lawn, landscaping or outdoor labor experience required Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred Valid Chauffeur’s License (or ability to obtain one) Must meet DOT requirements (medical card and acceptable driving record) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset Ability to manage time and stay organized on job sites Smartphone required DJ's Landscape Management is a drug‑free workplace.
