Sales Trainee

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr Sales Trainee $1,250/wk + benefits Schedule We have full time and part time shifts available. 4 day and 5 day per week shift options. None of our shifts require weekend work Experience All of our positions have paid training and don’t require any experience. Compensation structure This is an hourly rate plus commission and benefits. Base pay is determined by experience and can range $18-22/hr. Job security Job security is based on three things. First the company has to be secure. We are debt free and have been in business for 45 years. Second is the economy. Our services do not get affected by the economy like car sales, insurance sales, etc. Our products are need products, not luxury purchases. Thirdly is whether or not you are effective at the job. If you can memorize a script and listen to training, it’s not rocket science. We have no shortage of customers to talk to. Environment Energetic, fun, fast paced, and competitive.
