You'll have the chance to design creative marketing materials, present ideas, collaborate with experienced professionals, and coordinate with internal and external partners. Responsibilities: Design and produce digital and printed marketing materials. Support front-end email design. Consult with various teams to understand objectives and present creative concepts. Bring new ideas, stay current on design trends, and serve as a creative partner. Learn how to coordinate production, including managing internal document center, work with digital team and occasional agencies or freelancers. Qualifications: Preferred Majors:Graphic Design Grade Level: rising undergraduate Senior An online‑viewable portfolio is a must for consideration. Adobe software experience is a necessity and mandatory; Adobe Creative Suite software, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat; experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus. Strong foundation in print and digital design; print production experience is a plus. Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative concepts. Professional collaboration, organization, and attention to production detail. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring employer sponsorship.
