• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicate with provided leads and referrals

No! You don't need to know anything about insurance to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you'll need to be successful!

What type of experience do I need?

Professional office and sales experience are EXTREMELY helpful and recommended

Absolutely not! We provide all of the leads! Our salespeople never have to worry about reaching out to their friends or family and asking them for business

Is this a commission-only position?

Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $60,000 in your first year with your base salary and commission. Our goal is to coach you up to making $100,000+ per year
