The Opportunity
Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supplier billing processes for multiple vendors
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in SES, AES32, and CATS data
• Investigate payment delays and coordinate corrective actions as needed
• Partner with Contract Administrators and suppliers to resolve invoice issues promptly
• Process and reconcile vendor payments and aging reports
• Run system data extracts to support financial analysis and reporting
• Facilitate supplier training on billing processes and system usage
• Troubleshoot SAP/AES system errors and rejections
• Drive process improvements and ensure billing accuracy

Experience Required for Your Success

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or finance operations
• Expertise in ERP systems, specifically SAP and AES
• Proficiency in billing and payment reconciliation
• Experience in data analysis and discrepancy resolution
• Strong process coordination and multi-tasking abilities
• Effective communication with stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams
• Demonstrated skill in analytical billing reconciliation within ERP systems (SAP/AES)
• Proven track record of quickly and accurately identifying, diagnosing, and resolving payment discrepancies
