Geriatric Nursing Assistant

As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant at Blue Point Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. We're looking for dedicated and compassionate professionals like you to join our family.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and assistance to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents
Monitor and report changes in resident's condition to the charge nurse or nurse manager
Perform vital signs and heights and weights measurements as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
No experience required, but candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and grow
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
