will complete training M-F from 8AM to 4PM. After training, one will be assigned to the day shift (6AM to 6:30PM) and the other to the night shift (6PM to 6:30 AM).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; taste and/or smell, talk and hear, climb ladder.
• Ability to bend & stoop at waist level as well as bend & twist neck and head.
• The employee must regularly endure repetitive minimal to moderate lifting 60lbs. Requires normal range of hearing and vision (including colors) to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports and results.
• The employee is frequently standing on a concrete surface for 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts.
• Climb ladders and stool.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the flow area, including overseeing inventory levels, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, all while utilizing the warehouse management systems to optimize efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

·       Verify raw materials available prior to production schedule, code dates, material substitutions, schedule changes to meet demands

·       Validate pallets produced per production run & raw material usages/losses and teamwork with WMS specialist to reconcile any inventory discrepancies.

·       Material ordering not performed by our procurement department.

·       Work with the scheduler and verify inventory availability for any impromptu production changes or demands.

·       Work with Quality Assurance department to reconcile any material deemed as non-conforming, such as:

a.     Assist with return authorization

b.     Purchase order reversals.

c.     Quantity reconciliation.

d.     Vendor communication.

e.     Non-conformance processes.

·       Perform physical counts of raw materials for inventory control

·       Compare inventories & research discrepancies between WMS & SAP

·       Reconcile & compile daily/weekly bottle usages with Graham Packaging

·       Assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, demands, relocations, etc.

·       Research consumer complaints, used raw materials, lime frames, downtimes, etc.

·       Reconcile Production's pallets produced vs. Distribution's pallets received

·       Attend meetings that requires department representation.

·       Be able to administer disciplinary corrective actions to associates (safety, job performance, attendance, GMP violations and any other company policy violations)

·       Flexibility with schedule and ability to assist in various projects

·       Be able to change work schedule and/or duties, due to last minute call-ins.

·       Collaborate with other Business Units to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

·       Reviewed and approved payroll.

·       5S implementation.

·       Coordinates activities of the shift to promote operational efficiency, waste reduction, cost effectiveness, and safety.

·       Lead/develop/maintain daily and weekly facility cleaning task.

b.     Communicate any failures to the standard.

c.     Determine and perform root cause analysis.

Education and Experience

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must have 3+ years of plant and manufacturing experience
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
