If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.Document production data and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Basic computer skills for data entry and machine programming.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
