Key Responsibilities Design, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing software functionalities. Identify, report, and track software defects, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure effective resolution. Analyze business and system requirements to develop comprehensive QA strategies and acceptance criteria. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing timely feedback and insights to improve product quality and development processes. Continuously optimize testing procedures by incorporating automation and innovative QA methodologies. Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Maintain documentation and contribute to the knowledge base to support cross-functional collaboration on quality initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Proficiency with QA tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar). Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote, geographically distributed team environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience validating software against business and technical requirements in Agile environments. US residency and eligibility to work in the United States are required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation scripting and CI/CD pipelines in a QA context.
