Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Analyst on our Intelligence squad, you will work alongside a cross-functional team of developers, designers, a data scientist, and a product manager to test AI-powered features and keep our product reliable for enterprise customers. You will work second shift to overlap with our US team for at least half your day, and you will be a full‑time employee from day one. Responsibilities Execute functional, regression, and smoke tests for web and AI-powered product features. Write test plans with the right level of detail and get input from your squad to make sure testing reflects how real users use the product. Get involved early in requirements and design reviews to build quality in from the start. Test the product in ways that reflect actual customer use cases and know when to stop chasing unlikely edge cases. Find issues and communicate them clearly to developers and designers using screenshots, recordings, and detailed steps to reproduce. Investigate customer‑reported issues, document your findings, and help the squad decide next steps. Assist in regression testing before deployments to make sure new changes do not break existing functionality. Support production testing post‑deploy to confirm changes are live and working. Handle Tier 3 support tickets for customers when production issues need QA involvement. Work collaboratively across the squad and contribute to effort estimation discussions. Requirements 1 to 2 years of hands‑on software testing experience. Competence in executing functional, regression, and smoke tests across web applications. Experience documenting bugs with clear reproduction steps in tools like JIRA or similar. Basic understanding of software architecture and how front‑end and back‑end systems interact. API testing experience for AI-powered features and web services. Ability to write basic SQL queries for test data creation and verification. Familiarity with testing across browsers and operating systems. Strong written communication skills in English. Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving Kanban environment. Nice to Have Experience testing AI or machine learning features. Exposure to AI-powered product testing or evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, LLM evals). Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman. Experience with HR tech or enterprise SaaS products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
