Highlights Location: Red Bank, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Per Diem What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Ensure optimal patient and guest satisfaction according to organizational standards. Administer medications utilizing advanced clinical documentation technology. Provide patient and family-centered care focused on health and wellness. Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge. Requirements Education: BSN highly preferred or must obtain within 3 years Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience in Maternal Child Department areas (post partum, nursery, special care nursery, labor and delivery, NICU) Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification required NRP certification and ACLS highly preferred, must obtain within 6 months of hire About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
