DishwasherJob Title: DishwasherReports To: General ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSummary: A dishwasher cleans dishes and ensures they are clean and sanitary. Restocks clean dishes to be used again.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Washes dishes, utensils and cookware following established procedures.Cleans and maintains dish area equipment.Tests sanitizer solution every hour for effective levels and makes changes when sanitizer is not at proper levels.Follows food safety and health code regulations.Always wears gloves and hair restraints when handling food.Maintains hygiene.Performs all other duties as assigned.Competency:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments.Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
