Location: Austin, TX (regional travel)
Salary : $100K-$160K (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travelling Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and multisector projects across regional markets. The Superintendent will be responsible for on-site delivery, safety, schedule and budget control, quality assurance, and client relationships while mobilizing between job sites. Ideal candidates bring strong commercial construction experience, proven leadership in supervising subcontractors and crews, and the flexibility to travel frequently to support ground-up, design-build, and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite construction operations across multiple commercial projects, ensuring work is executed to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Mobilize and travel to job sites as required (frequent travel percentage to be defined), set up site operations, and maintain consistent field leadership through project closeout.
• Coordinate, supervise, and sequence subcontractors, trades, and direct labor to optimize productivity and meet milestone deadlines.
• Implement and enforce safety programs and OSHA standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a zero incident mindset.
• Manage project schedules and logistics, identify critical path items, and proactively resolve delays and site constraints

Qualifications

• 3+ years of as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects; proven track record managing multiple job sites.
• Experience tackling projects of $10M-$50M 
• Experience across a range of project types  Commercial Ground Up, Design Build, Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Multifamily/Multifamily, Hospitality, Hotel, Hospital, Government/Federal, Aviation, Entertainment, K12/School/Educational, Office, Higher Education, Municipal, Manufacturing, Restaurant, Mixed Use, Medical, High Rise, Ground Up.
