We are looking for experienced MIG and TIG welders.

Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Welder Details: Perform consistent, high-quality MIG and TIG welding across multiple positions.
• Blueprint Reading: Analyze drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to accurately lay out, align, and assemble metal parts.
• Equipment Setup: Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust welding machines.
• Fabrication Duties: Cut, grind, fit, and assemble raw materials into custom parts.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets strict company specifications and customer requirements

Welder Qualifications:

• HSD/GED
• 2 years minimum of MIG and TIG welding experience
• Proficient with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares)
• Have your own welding helmet and gloves
• Ability to stand for 10 hour shifts and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
