HVAC Technician

Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking an HVAC Technician with 3+ years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of all HVAC units. Must have good driving record. Must have EPA certification. Responsibilities * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity. * Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, including mini splits, DX split systems, heat pumps, and rooftop package units. * Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues and provide solutions for clients. * Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. * Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to design efficient HVAC solutions. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. * On-call rotation required. Skills * Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance of HVAC systems. * Strong field service skills with the ability to work in various environments. * Knowledge of appliance repair techniques related to HVAC systems. * Ability to operate as a service technician, ensuring high-quality workmanship. * Valid driver's license with the capability to drive a company truck for service calls. * Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills related to HVAC design and maintenance.
