The team takes pride in its collaborative, hands-on approach and customer-centric designs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wilder, KY for a skilled Fabricator. The Fabricator will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components to create custom products. Daily tasks include operating machinery, welding, finishing, and ensuring product quality. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members, adhering to safety guidelines, and maintaining equipment in proper working condition. Qualifications Proficiency in metalworking processes, including cutting, welding, grinding, and finishing Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Experience operating fabrication tools and machinery, such as saws, presses, and welders Strong attention to detail, precision, and ability to troubleshoot and solve fabrication challenges Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining clean workspaces Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Capability to lift heavy materials and handle physical tasks regularly Previous experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing setting is preferred High school diploma or equivalent, and welding or technical certifications are a plus Negotiable compensation based on experience and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Artistic Iron Works
