This is a role designed to evolve: every process you own becomes a candidate for automation and AI-assisted workflows, every manual task a target for elimination, freeing you to take on increasingly complex, high-value work.What You’ll DoTotal Rewards & BenefitsAdminister comprehensive benefit offerings: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, EAP, disability, legal, 401(k), and moreDeliver engaging new hire benefits orientations and guide employees through life events and claimsLead COBRA administration and manage supplemental wellness programsSupport Open Enrollment strategy and execution, including communications and employee supportCollaborate with HR Systems to enhance Total Rewards statements and reportingKeep documentation current and benefits information clear and accessible across platformsLeave of Absence (LOA)Administer all leave programs: FMLA, ADA, disability, parental, military, and moreEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company policiesCoordinate timesheets, payroll adjustments, and return-to-work processes with care and accuracyInnovation & TechnologyActively identify and implement opportunities to automate, simplify, and redesign benefit and leave processes, leveraging AI tools and emerging HR technology to drive efficiencySupport data preparation and analytics used in HR dashboards and leadership reporting, partnering with the People Analytics & Insights teamApproach all work with an innovation mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and create better solutions for employees and the businessEmployee Engagement & CommunicationBe the first point of contact for benefit and leave questions—providing timely, accurate, and compassionate guidancePartner with internal communications and systems teams to keep employees informed and empoweredVendor & Compliance ManagementLiaise with benefits vendors to ensure strong performance and issue resolutionMaintain invoice accuracy and support contract renewals and vendor evaluationsAssist in regulatory reporting: 1095-Cs, HIRD, Medicare Part D, PCORI, and moreConduct regular audits to ensure compliance and mitigate riskWhat You BringRequired3+ years of relevant HR experience, including benefits and leave administrationBachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong knowledge of benefits regulations: ERISA, Section 125, FMLA, ADAStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet managementExperience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, etc.) and benefits platformsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to confidentialityPreferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS certificationExperience presenting benefits information and creating employee-facing contentFamiliarity with process improvement and wellness program designDemonstrated comfort with AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging HR technology; experience applying these to streamline administrative workflows is a plusWho You AreWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
