WHAT YOU'LL DO E-file federal and state tax returns and extensions Process, collate, and send finalized tax returns to clients Scan and manage tax documents and e-file authorization forms Set up and maintain client files throughout the year Assist with tax organizers and preparation for the next filing season Provide administrative and tracking support during busy tax seasons Serve as backup support for general business functions (reception, scanning, filing) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Associate's degree in business preferred; equivalent experience considered 3-5 years in a professional office environment - public accounting experience is a strong plus Familiarity with CCH Axcess Software and ELF Electronic Filing System preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office and professional email communication Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Collaborative team player with clear verbal and written communication skills Willingness to commit extra hours during peak tax season when the team needs it WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary: $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience Generous paid time off plus reduced summer hours Performance-based bonus plan 401(k) with employer match Health insurance with company-paid premiums #J-18808-Ljbffr
