Picker/Packer PM Shift

We are looking for reliable and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our team at the Nordstrom facility in Newark, CA. This position is ideal for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

We are looking for reliable and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our team at the Nordstrom facility in Newark, CA. This position is ideal for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Accurately audit, assemble, and pack packages for inbound & outbound shipment.

Flexibility: Work across various warehouse tasks and departments as needed.

Quality & Safety: Follow all safety guidelines while maintaining high quality standards for outbound shipments.

Requirements & Physical Demands
Lifting & Stamina: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours.

Communication: Clear communication skills to work effectively with team leads and peers.

Safety Awareness: Good commitment to workplace safety guidelines.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
