Cooper River Post Acute is a magnificent 176 bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, SC. Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of those we serve? We are currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our passionate team. An active unencumbered South Carolina license is required to join our team.
