Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Front Desk Associate (Full-Time) We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Medical Front Desk Associate to join our multi‑specialty practice in Greensboro, High Point, Winston‑Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy. Abilities Initiating Action – take prompt action to accomplish objectives and go beyond what is required. Stress Tolerance – maintain stable performance under pressure. Customer Focus – effectively meet customer needs and build productive relationships. Planning and Organizing – establish courses of action for self and others to ensure efficient work completion. Building Trust – interact to give confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization. Qualifications 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check‑in/check‑out preferred. Self‑started and adaptive to departmental changes. Able to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Strong computer skills and customer service aptitude. Experience with Allscripts a plus.
