Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Office Assistant to work in the offices of our retail Office Assistants are responsible for supporting sales associates customers and store management processing payments and finance applications answering delivery questions assisting with customer care responsibilities answering phones and various other office duties as assigned.

What were looking for:

• Over one year of relevant experience preferred
• Courteous and Patient with strong customer service orientation
• Computer navigation skills general computer knowledge and MS Office understanding
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally

Education:

• High school diploma/GED or higher
