California Licensed Clinical Counselor

To support a transformative mental healthcare movement, a full-time California Licensed Clinical Counselor will establish rapport with patients, diagnose mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress Create and adjust individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances Required qualifications Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, with familiarity in NextGen preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
