Military Relocation Agent

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop a specialized business serving military families while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who understands the importance of military moves and wants to build lasting relationships with active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.

You will work with clients navigating permanent change of station moves, local relocations, home purchases, and property sales. Through practical experience and ongoing guidance, you will become more familiar with military timelines, VA financing considerations, and the communication needed to keep clients informed throughout a move.

A strong focus is placed on relationship development, consistent follow-up, and creating new opportunities within the military community. You will learn strategies for connecting with prospective clients, maintaining a growing database, and becoming a trusted real estate resource for military families before, during, and after their relocation.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to buyer consultations, property searches, listing conversations, contracts, negotiations, and transaction management. Coaching and mentorship will help you strengthen your organization, market knowledge, and ability to provide a professional experience throughout the buying and selling process.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Guide military families through the complexities of relocation, ensuring a seamless transition to their new homes.

• Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.

• Utilize your expertise in VA financing to provide tailored advice and solutions for military home buyers.

• Coordinate and manage property searches, ensuring clients find homes that meet their unique needs and preferences.

• Facilitate buyer consultations and listing conversations to align with clients' goals and expectations.

• Negotiate contracts effectively, advocating for the best interests of your clients at every stage of the transaction.

• Maintain a growing database of prospective clients, leveraging lead generation strategies to expand your network within the military community.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on military relocations, is highly valued.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with military families, ensuring trust and satisfaction.

• Proven track record of successfully guiding clients through the VA financing process.

• Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients' best interests during transactions.

• Ability to manage and coordinate property searches tailored to clients' unique needs and preferences.

• Experience in conducting buyer consultations and listing conversations with clarity and professionalism.

• Proficiency in maintaining and expanding a client database, leveraging lead generation strategies within the military community, is a plus.

• Real estate license required.
