Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager

Minimum 5 years of industry experience in food processing and quality management. Prior management or supervisory experience, with demonstrated potential to hire and develop salaried supervisory employees. Technical knowledge of food quality and safety procedures and programs, regulatory requirements, microbial hazards, HACCP program development, microbiological laboratory procedures, sanitation procedures, and plant operations. Experience working with and leading diverse, cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and managerial capability, including coaching and developing employees.
