Certifications:

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider or an approved equivalent
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within one year of hire
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required within 18 months from date of hire

Must-Have:

• Clinical competence and experience in care and management of target patient populations
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level typically acquired through completion of an accredited School of Nursing

Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. The role includes essential functions adapted from the nursing scope and standards of practice. Candidates should possess skills in clinical competence, patient care management, nursing theory, and nursing practice. Education required: Associate's degree in nursing. Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in nursing. Candidates meeting the necessary qualifications are encouraged to apply.
