Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution of each shift
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members while maintaining accountability and professionalism
• Maintain a strong management presence on the restaurant floor during service
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, specials, service expectations, and operational needs
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of restaurant staff
• Monitor staffing and labor needs while helping maintain appropriate scheduling and labor controls
• Ensure opening, closing, cash-handling, and daily operational procedures are completed accurately
• Maintain high standards for restaurant cleanliness, organization, food safety, and sanitation
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain communication and efficient service
• Monitor restaurant performance, identify operational concerns, and communicate solutions to senior leadership
• Support sales-building initiatives, cost controls, inventory awareness, and overall restaurant profitability
• Lead by example and step into operations when necessary to support the team during high-volume service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a  Restaurant Manager in a full-service restaurant environment strongly preferred
• Previous restaurant leadership or management experience required
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading front-of-house restaurant operations
• Understanding of labor management, scheduling, guest service, and restaurant operational standards
• Ability to make sound decisions and remain professional under pressure
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable providing feedback, holding team members accountable, and developing employees
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required based on business needs
