RN Registered Nurse

Evergreen Nursing Home seeks a compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing care to elderly and disabled residents in a long-term care setting. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor chronic conditions, and respond to changes in resident status. Responsibilities include care planning with an interdisciplinary team, supervising CNAs, educating residents and families, and accurate EMR documentation. The RN will promote safety, dignity, and comfort while supporting restorative care, infection control practices, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.
