Recovery-Focused Activity Lead for Growth & Community
ADP
Spectrum Community Services in Sparta, MI is seeking an Activity Lead to schedule and coordinate activities for individuals both at home and in the community, planning targeted activities to support personal growth goals.
In this role you will communicate and coordinate all issues related to activities, review progress data and reports on outcomes toward goal areas, and support recovery-based, person-centered planning as a shared decision-making process.
