Job Details Specialty: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (Cath Lab RN) Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Location: Silver Spring, Maryland Setting: On-site cardiac catheterization laboratory Start Date: 08/16/2026 End Date: 09/19/2026 Duration: 5 weeks Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Call: No call required Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,370 to $2,500 Job Requirements Active RN license with experience in a Cath Lab, cardiac catheterization lab, or similar cardiovascular procedural setting At least 1 year of nursing experience required; Cath Lab experience strongly preferred Expert-level experience with EP Mapping (Electrophysiology Mapping) preferred Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, procedural workflow, and patient safety practices Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians, cath lab techs, and clinical team members Current ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements, including health screening and verification documentation Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures Assist with electrophysiology mapping and other advanced cardiac lab procedures Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safe, effective care Support procedural workflow, preparation, and recovery activities in the Cath Lab Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and safety standards throughout each shift Apply now to join this Cath Lab nursing travel opportunity in Silver Spring, Maryland, and bring your cardiovascular expertise to a leading care team.
