Job Description

You will lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of logistics and IT professionals by assigning work, managing performance, developing employees, and overseeing contractor support to accomplish sustainment and organizational objectives.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports that provide data-driven insights to improve weapon system readiness and logistics operations.

You will manage GCSS-MC, the Marine Corps Data Repository (MDR), SharePoint, and related systems to ensure data integrity, governance, and effective information sharing.

You will analyze logistics, supply chain, and sustainment programs to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance lifecycle support and operational readiness.

You will advise senior leaders by delivering executive briefings, analytical findings, and recommendations that support strategic planning and resource decisions.

You will collaborate with HQMC, acquisition organizations, and external partners to resolve logistics issues, ensure compliance, and strengthen enterprise sustainment efforts.
