CNC Machinist, up to $30/hr – Redford, MI

This full-time, on-site CNC Machinist role on 2nd shift (with 1st shift training) offers competitive base pay with the opportunity for overtime. Qualifications:
• Prior CNC machine operation experience preferred
• Strong detail orientation and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to lift, stand, and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
Skills :
• Proficient in reading and interpreting shop orders and technical drawings
• Capability to monitor machining equipment and execute tool changes (cutting inserts) as required
• Experience in dimensional inspection and quality control
• Familiarity with CNC programming is an advantage
In this role, you’ll be crucial to maintaining production flow by operating and troubleshooting CNC machinery, performing milling tasks, and ensuring quality standards are met. Your expertise will support the creation of high-quality products in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
