Part-Time Sales Associate At Columbus Circle Holiday Market

Part-Time Sales AssociateI'm looking for a part-time sales associate to help me at our Columbus Circle Holiday Market Booth. This is a part-time position and the schedule runs from December 2nd - 31st (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve is off). I am looking for someone who is available 2 - 4 days a week, primarily on weekdays (Mon-Thurs). Please do not apply unless you are available during all four weeks, including the week between Christmas and New Year's (Dec 26 - 31). Holiday market hours are 11 am - 8 pm on Mon - Thurs, and 10 am - 8 pm on Fri - Sun. The ideal candidate is someone who is friendly and outgoing, organized, and can process transactions quickly and accurately. This will be our first time participating in the holiday market, so I am looking for someone who is adaptable and can proactively engage with new customers. I am also looking for someone who can manage the booth independently after training with me during 1 or 2 shifts (you will be paid for any training time). The booth will be a small booth, measuring a little bit over 5 ft wide x 5 ft deep and 8 feet tall, making it a very manageable physical footprint to work in. The booth will be heated, but it is best to dress warmly. Past retail or sales experience is preferred. Bonus points if you love stationery and beautiful paper! To apply, please respond with the following: * Your availability during Dec 2 - 31st. * A current resume * A brief paragraph to share a little bit about yourself I look forward to hearing from you!
