Position Type: Full-Time Contract, Contract to hire Duration: 12 months Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 As a Manufacturing Technician you will: Working knowledge of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies. Performs computer activities with programs provided. Strong attention to detail to accurately follow required rework. Demonstrated proficiency at documentation of repairs. Reports deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriate. Work safely to prevent injuries and follow all safety regulations. Supports Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures. Applies considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Cultivates a culture that assures effective cross functional teamwork. Performs job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values. Consistently at work and on time. Follow all safety measures. Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures. Experience Required: 2 years+ related experience in a repair field. Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook). Soldering. Ideal candidate will have High School diploma or GED. Soldering experience. This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.
