Sales Consultant

CarMax is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver a transparent, no-haggle car-buying experience in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you’ll engage customers on the lot and online, assess needs, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and guide them through financing and purchase options. You’ll use digital tools and CRM systems, maintain product knowledge on inventory and features, and meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
