Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work a 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Plano, TX.

• Shift: Full time but flexible on either 10s of 12s. No call. No weekends. Call + weekends available if the provider wants it.
• Medical Direction model but provider may also do solo cases. Must be comfortable solo.
• Types of cases: general, vascular, neurosurgery, ortho, urology, GYN
• Provider must do spinals and epidurals
• EMR: Epic
• Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, Must be BC.
• Must have TX license.
• Will cross credential at 1 site.
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
