Call Center Representative

Handle an average of 70 calls per day for appointment scheduling Answer inquiries about daily appointment scheduling and provider availability Attend required trainings including Electronic Health Records (EHR) training Schedule appointments in accordance with site-based guidelines Update patient demographic and insurance information Verify Individual Health Coverage eligibility Handle administrative, clinical, and informational calls Manage voicemails and send messages accurately Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required One year of call center experience required Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to type at minimum 25 words per minute Customer Service focused commitment Previous work from home experience preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required An Illinois-Issued driver’s license or state ID is required Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills while managing appointment scheduling and handling inquiries.
