Data Project Manager

Role Description
I have a long term contract position for a healthcare client that is looking for a Project Manager who has strong experience leading technical projects involving data heavy projects such as:
- Data transformations
- Data migrations
- Data platform implementations
This person must be well-involved in the projects from start to finish and understand the phases and importance of the business value behind the project and be able to explain it in-depth if interviewed.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of technical project management experience
- Data heavy project management experience
- Enterprise data teams experience
- Workplan management and program/project status reporting
- Experience with Big Data, AI/ML projects is a plus
- Understanding of how code moves from idea to production
- Ability to communicate with technical teams and help remove obstacles
- Experience with CRAIDD management (Change Request, Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions, and Dependencies)
- Familiarity with SDLC (software development life cycle), Agile/Scrum
- PMP certification is a plus, but not a must-have
Requirements
- Priorities given to profiles that are technical PMs with relevant experience
- Experience with healthcare projects dealing with data
